Property will be sold in the Chancery Courtroom, Room 110-W in the Sevier County Courthouse. Each of these six parcels are sold subject to the occupancy of any tenants. We are selling real estate only; no personal property, equipment or vehicles are included with the land sold. In the event you are the successful bidder, and at or after closing there are vehicles still remaining on the property you purchased, it will be your responsibility to dispose of the vehicles in accordance with the law.
