• By placing a bid, you are agreeing with the terms and conditions set forth in the auction.
• 10% charge on ALL canceled orders, or non-paying bidder report will be filed..
• There is a 13% Buyers Premium added to all final bids.

Therefore, prospective buyers are urged to inspect the items to their own satisfaction. All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with no warranties being implied or expressed. The items are available for public inspection. Any condition set forth on any item is in no way a warranty or guarantee, actual or implied. When you buy it, it is yours & your responsibility to remove. Please bring tools, any type of help you may need as the Auction Co is not providing any tools or man power.

If paying with a credit card there is a 4% fee.

If we don’t hear from you about your payment method by 5:00 PM (EST) on, July 16, 2023 we will automatically run the card you registered with at the end of the auction. If you want to make other arrangements, please call 865-908-8611 weekdays 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).

Kennedy Real Estate & Auction Co & Bear Land Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source and we reserve the right to withdraw, rearrange and or extend items, on line internet bidding, without notice, at the auction company’s sole discretion. Online bidders: Sometimes we may use several online internet providers, so you will receive an email from us, if you are the actual winner of the item.

PICK UP

No shipping is offered and we are not responsible for any items not picked up. Kennedy Real Estate & Auction and Bear Land Realty & Auction are not responsible for any damage to items, persons or vehicles/ trailers when loading.
