Everything must be paid for and removed Wednesday, June 17
NO SHIPPING! The scheduled removal time is 9:00AM until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17. To facilitate removal of larger items, we are having the front windows removed on Wednesday Morning at 9:00 AM. The windows will be reinstalled at 3:00 PM the same afternoon.
All payments made in USD to Kennedy Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC. We accept credit cards, check, or cash.
There is a TN tax of 9.75%. There is a 10% Buyers Premium, 13% if paying with credit card.
