AUCTIONEERS COMMENTS: Dollywood has commissioned Bear Land Realty & Auction along with Kennedy Real Estate & Auction to liquidate the surplus items in their warehouse. Many of the items are new, still in the box! Everything has been well taken care of. There are also some Classic cars and Christmas décor and so much more! TERMS: All funds payable in USD. Cash, pre-approved check or bank letter of credit prior to sale. Everything must be paid in full day of sale. Online bidders will have their credit card on file run immediately following the close of the auction. 10% Buyers Premium for in person bidding, 15% for online bidding. If buying a titled vehicle and you don’t pay cash, you can’t take vehicle or title until funds clear the bank. If you are driving the vehicle off lot, you must have proof of insurance. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Announcements made day of sale supersede any and all printed or verbal statements made by the Owners or the Auction Company.
