TERMS: Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 10% Buyers Premium.(13% if bidding online) Everything must be paid for in full day of sale. If not paying with cash or have a bank letter of credit, you cannot take titled vehicles until funds have cleared our bank account. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Announcements made day of sale supersede any and all printed or verbal statements made by the Owners or the Auction Co. In the event of a tie bid between internet bidder and floor bidder, the tie will always be awarded to the floor bidder.
