TERMS: There is no shipping for this auction. You must have a valid TN drivers license to buy a pistol. All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. Winning bidders of all firearms and frames will have to pass a TICS FFL background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, pass or denied, is $10 for every 5 firearms. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TICS. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for online bidding and 10% for in person bidding. 3% fee for credit card payments. Kennedy Real Estate & Auction and Bear Land Realty & Auction will be held harmless, if the internet service fails to function properly or correctly, power outages, computer or internet complication’s, before, during or after the auction. Kennedy Real Estate & Auction Co and Bear Land Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source and we reserve the right to withdraw, rearrange and or extend properties, on line internet bidding, without notice, at the auction company’s sole discretion. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are cash, local check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover (there is a 3% fee for using card). 10% Buyers Premium for in person bidding, 15% Buyers Premium for online bidding. All funds made in US dollars. There is a $10.00 charge for background check. If you do not pay cash, or have a bank letter of credit for titled vehicles /trailers we hold the title & vehicle until funds have cleared our escrow account.
