Inspection Day is January 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Pick up for equipment & furniture is Tuesday, January 17 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)  Pick up for Demo items & lighting is Wednesday, January 18 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). The restaurant’s contractor will be taking down all lighting and demo items.  The Hoods will be removed by their contractor and can be picked up when they contact the buyer.
